There is no big secret about Chinese Medicine. Great health is achieving by mastering the fundamental principle of balancing the five elements of our body!We got sick because of our bad habits, to get well, first stop repeating bad habits, then try to what is good for you, i.e. develop good habits!"Heaven and Earth are everlasting. The reason Heaven and Earth can last forever is that they do not exist for themselves. Thus they can last forever."  Tao Te ChingThe ancient Masters were profound and subtle. Their wisdom was unfathomable. There is no way to describe it; all we can describe is their appearance. Tao Te ChingThe Tao is like a well: used often, but never used up. It is like the eternal void: filled with infinite possibilities.

Cancer

A patient with advanced colon cancer and only 12 weeks left to live consulted Dr. Lee. He received daily moxibustion for approximately 3 months and lived comfortably for an additional 10 months after taking the course of treatment.  His family were very grateful that he did not endure the pain and suffering that is typically experienced by a cancer patient and they wrote to Dr. Lee to thank him for the inner peace their relative found during the last stages of life.

Dr. Lee’s therapy had a similar effect on a patient with last-stage bone marrow cancer who had been given 6 months to live. He came to see Dr Lee twice-weekly for a period of 6 months and died peacefully after 2 years. Again, the final stage of his life passed without the pain and suffering that is usually associated with a terminally ill cancer patient.

Dr Lee always reminds his clients that each person is unique in their own way.   Consequently responses to the treatment and the speed of recovery vary from case to case.  It is crucial to treat each person as an individual and not to compare their progress to a prescribed norm.  The only thing that Dr. Lee concerns his client with is the basic question: Do you feel better after the treatment?  If yes, then it has been worth it.   If no, find out why.  “If problems can be solved, then do it.  At least we have tried.”
